Hello everyone. I was wondering if anyone is having the same problem or if anyone knows how I can fix this problem. I don't know when it happened but one day All of my cc couches stopped working. What I mean is, everytime I try to place a sofa, loveseat or bed, they disappear. The chairs work fine. A few tables as well. I thought it was an old issue and deleted ALL of my Mods and cc and began to reinstall a few minutes ago, and the problem is there again. This time the one couch that would work for me, won't. And none of new ones either.

Any ideas for curtains like sheets?
I'm looking for curtains that look like sheets hung up. My sim has just moved and I want to make the place look like she's hung sheets for privacy because she has no curtains yet. Any ideas?

Family Portrait - Simpler Frame
Hey all,
I love the new family portrait - downloaded from the link @Zeldaboy180 had provided in this thread - but hate the frame.
In fact I was so motivated that I downloaded Blender and redid the mesh (using another Maxis painting as the basis). This is my first time remeshing an object, but I think it turned out decent enough, so I'm making it available for anyone to upload. It will override the existing family portrait (not sure if it overrides the one that comes when you enter your phone number). It includes a handful of swatches.
Here is a picture of it. It is still huge but can easily resized with the downsize cheat.

I just had a post pop up on my twitter and the kitchen had floating shelves does anyone know where we can get such an item? They are not the same ones in game.

Bookcases that look like books
to put on shelves for instance?
Some of my Sims' rooms are quite small, especially the roomate households which makes furniture and decorative options for me is quite limited. What I need, if it is available are for instance a stack or a row of books that are more than just decorative but actually a functioning bookcase.
Has anyone made something like this? Especially to be able to put that kind of a bookcase on a desk or even a shelf?

Ideas for Willow Creek Castle?
I really want to create a fun castle that fits right into Willow Creek. I'd like to make it New Orleans/Bayou style and I'm going to be using a 30x20 lot because that seems to be the most common size available.
How would you go about mixing the fairytale castle theme along with the New Orleans theme? I'm thinking faerie lights all around the outsides, add porches with railings to the outsides and balconies. I'd still like turrets or towers because I want the master bedroom at the top of the tallest tower.
Probably would need lots of vines going up the sides of the building and maybe landscape some water in there somewhere?
If this inspires you, I'd love to see what you come up with!

I'm looking for some custom content to build a 50's style diner. I'm not having much luck finding specifically what I'm looking for doing my usual google-fu. I'm looking for new booths in particular. If I could get matching counters, stools, chairs, tables, etc, that would be awesome. I just hate that we haven't had any new booths added, with a new color scheme. Sometimes I really miss create-a-style.

Larger Sprinkler? Longer seasons?
I dont come in this part of the forum often but im curious any one planning to make a bigger sprinkler range and what i wouldnt do for a 3 month season if its possible that way i can actually play "real" lives.
There are many other things i would want with seasons but since i havent had time to really play with it i wont ask for anything else yet. Ive been stuck in one save for a bit because of a guide like thing im doing...god evolving takes forever now to get perfect plants.

Crystal clear - Improved glass (Updated with links)
I have been working on a little project for personal use, but thought I’d share with the community.
Crystal clear glass is glass that has all of the translucent window texture removed so that looking out of sim windows or glass panels in doors will be more like through freshly washed glass.
I have completed set 1, and have uploaded it in three flavors. Doors, Windows, or Crystal clear combo, which has both.

Prayer Rug, anywhere, anyone?
I have found prayer poses and I have found prayer rugs, but the rugs aren't usable (just decorative) and the poses are really only good for screenshots. I'm surprised that I haven't found a prayer rug that has an interaction with an animation that is the actual motions of the prayer. Perhaps even tied to the Wellness skill too.
